Need three animated videos, total of 37 seconds, that look like old paintings

Looking for an animator to create three animated videos, a total of 37 seconds, that look like old paintings. Specifically, please see this video: [login to view URL] It shows three paintings that are actually animated videos. I would like you to create three animated videos for me that closely match the look of each of those three paintings. I only need fairly simple animation (see below). But I need the images to look rich and detailed and professional. I'm trying to closely match the look of the paintings in the above YouTube video. You will need to re-create the elements of the above animated pictures in higher resolution. I need these videos to be full 1080p at 30 frames per second, clear and crisp. I don't want the picture frames to be in your video. I am going to play these videos on 1080p monitors, and I'm going to build actual ornate picture frames around those video monitors. I'd like you to use the audio from the above YouTube video, but you'll need to edit the audio a bit to make it match the action below. Unlike in the above YouTube video, I need the knight, in each painting, to actually move. In each of the paintings, the knight can keep facing to the left, like in the YouTube video; the knight does not need to turn toward the viewer or anything. Here are the details of the three "paintings" (videos) I need: Painting #1 (12 seconds): In this video, I would like the clouds to move like in the YouTube video above. Whole video should be covered in a light crackled pattern, like in the YouTube video above, as though it is an old painting. The knight should be sitting on the horse, holding sword in his right hand. He should raise sword and say, "Draw! You knaves! You dogs!" (from YouTube audio track). (You can't see his mouth moving because of his helmet, but he should move his head slightly as though he is talking.) He waves his sword - it flies out of his hand and sticks in the ground over on the right side like in the painting, and we can hear the noise (from the YouTube video) of the sword entering the ground. Horse raises his head and whinnies (like in YouTube video), causing knight to fall off horse. Knight stands up, shakes fist, and says, "Get back you scurvy braggart! Back, you rogue!" (again, head moves slightly as though talking). He runs out of the picture, toward the left. Picture #2 (10 seconds): Ladies should be standing stationary, arms at their sides, with no knight in the picture yet. Again, use a light crackle pattern to make painting look old. Knight runs in from the right side and stands stationary. Each lady then has a different subtle "shocked" reaction: putting her hand to her mouth, covering her face with a fan, putting her hand to her forehead, etc., like in the painting in the YouTube video, making the shocked noises that are on the YouTube audio track. Knight extends right hand forward and says, "Be of stout heart, the worst is yet to come!" while moving head slightly. He runs out of the picture to the left. Picture #3 (15 seconds): Again, covered in a light crackle pattern to make it look like an old painting. Monks remain motionless, like in the YouTube video. Can hear them singing, using the audio from YouTube video. Knight runs in from the right side, lifts his right arm in a gesture of farewell. He then remains stationary, except for moving his head slightly, as he says, "Farewell, my comrades-in-arms. If ever you have need of noble heart and steely sinew, call upon Sir Cadogan!" Waves his hand and we can hear the creaky suit-of-armor, like in YouTube video. He freezes and remains stationary at the end. I would like these videos complete 30 days from the start of the project. I will structure this job in paid milestones, so that you can get paid along the way, but also so that you and I can both see if I am getting the results I need before proceeding to the next milestone.
