I can even increase the number of control points or augment the degree of the curve ( i don't think it's necessary but surely can do) My process has been through nurbs system in Rhinoceros - to dwg - to final dxf. What you want to achieve is not difficult but involves a lot of detailed work because the font used is somehow "twisted" so it require a scaling and then going with small segments and overlay lines and arches onto the image you have. it is even more complicated if you need the red splash too.
