I don't know if you've had experience with getting a product to market but it can get very pricey. I encourage you to speak with me before making a decision on which designer to choose. I have had 8 years of experience and have graduated from a top Industrial design program here in the USA. I am a certified SolidWorks users and have worked on dozens of successful projects. I would love to find out what your goals are for the project. Do you need just concepts? 3d modeling? materials consulting? Prototyping? Do you have a patent? The figure I put together for you is a great start for concept designs and 3d modeling. It entails thorough research of other products and a nice variety of concepts to choose from. There is no way you can have a real product idea in 3 or 5 days as most of these designers post. It requires communication and a clear design brief to make your idea blossom.
