100 CPA Leads/Signups needed. CPA Offers are mainly email/zip, but occasionally longer form, for which we pay more. Payment: $0.50-2.00 per confirmed signup These must be real signups: No fake or duplicate IPs, No proxies, US traffic only (unless otherwise specified). Any fraudulent or foriegn traffic will result in the network getting bumped and you will not get paid. We will need 5 signups to test traffic initially, for which we will pay you. If you can deliver us good traffic, there is plenty of work/budget available. Thanks
