Bulk email sending (96% inboxing!!!)

Need someone to send emails to my lists of "opt in" email addresses. Sending sizes will be around 140,000 per day. We provide email addresses, the email subject and body content both text and html. -Your server/IP must not be blacklisted (the emails must arrive in inbox and not be marked as spam). -You will need to be able to log the emails that delivered, failed to deliver due to technical reasons, or failed to deliver due to invalid address and you will have to provide us with this log. -Your delivery rate must be at least 96%. This does NOT include the emails that failed to deliver due to invalid receiver address. If there are any emails that fail to deliver due to technical issues on your side you will have to re-send until enough of them get through to meet your 96% delivery rate. No excuses. All emails are already filtered for spam and validity so the bounce rate should be fairly low. 50% of the agreed upon amount will be placed in escrow and upon completion of the project the other 50% will be paid directly depending on the percent of delivered emails that have been verified. NOTE: THE BID AMOUNT SHOULD BE FOR ONE WEEK. So assume 7 days of emailing at 140,000 per day, and bid on that. If successful we will do this every week. ATTENTION: We will be inserting an undisclosed amount of unique email addresses within each list we give you, at random locations. Those addresses will be from different domains and they will be used by us to monitor your sending activity. We will NOT release the escrow if ANY of those email addresses do not receive the email (in the inbox) we have you sending. Since those addresses will be equally distributed across the entire list, if we do not receive the expected email on all of them, or the email gets marked as spam, it means you have not done your job properly and you failed to meet the requirements listed above. NOTE: I have software that can be used also, with hosting accounts. This is called "Database Emailer" so please tell me if you are familiar with this software or not.
