I am American who has just gotten official NGO charity approval based in Cambodia. I want a great but simple website somewhat similar to [login to view URL] but the links you click on that site go to other links. I want to keep everything in house especially when it comes to receiving donations. Another hurdle is for some reason banks here are not set up to receive funding via paypal which is unfortunate ergo I am currently researching other similar services. It should be only 4 or 5 pages for now with the ability for us locally here to update the site everyday for whatever new tragedy occurs in the world. Thanks for your bids!
