Hello, Thank you for considering my project. My website is for a virtual English school. www.englishclassesbyskype.net. There are specific countries I want to target, not the world. I had a VERY bad previous experience so I am skeptical that I want to ever use freelancer ever again. I am going to try again the one last time. I would be willing to hire you right away but on conditions. I will not do it month to month. What I mean is I will not upload and release milestones monthly. I will not leave feedback monthly. The previous freelancer forced me to do this and after 4 months my rank was actually worse and I lost my money, my time, and left positive feedback that was not true for three months. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not bid. What I can do is upload the full amount, the 4 month total, as a milestone for an agreed 4 month project. Once the ranking happens as promised I will release the full amount I uploaded plus a 100$ bonus to you. If you an actual professional then this should not be a problem. Then we can start to SEO my other two sites in the same fashion. If this is agreeable to you we can start right away. I hope we can speak soon.
