Project here for detail: Description Description we just bought Interspire's emarketer emaillist software manage to send about 2-3M emails per month to our 3M opt-in members. We need a smtp relay solution to send out these emails. We also need this person to handle the weekly newsletter sending schedule and help us to manage the Interspire's email software. Need an SMTP Relay service with atleast 90% inbox rate. Need to send at least 2-3 Million emails every month and this is an ongoing project. We are sending full optin emails and our email advertisements will strictly conform to CAN-SPAM Act. No Pornography or pharmacy. Need a reliable partner for this project. Moreover, I need six modifications of Interspire Mail Marketer. - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported (sending and bounce process!) - set up of "maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour" must be supported - the header of the default email Interspire sends must be edited - it must be possible to use random synonyms for words (example: (Hello%Hi%Hey%Whats up%)) - text from .txt files must be able to import to the body of the email And the last modification: Interspire currently uses always only the IP from the web hosting where Interspire is installed to send through the SMTP servers. So, I have multiple SMTPs but always the same client IP.
