I am looking for an expert in AI / Natural language processing to develop a question generation engine. This engine should be basically able to develop relevant questions based on the content of the text. I do not need a GUI interface for this. It should be written as a class library which could be accessed from other systems. You might build a command line interface to test it. I will prefer it to be developed in C#, but am open to VB.NET, Java and C++ as well. In case of C++, I would need C# wrappers to access the question generation method.
