Android Honeycomb App Dev.

I am looking for a developer to program an android honeycomb app optimized for 10.1 inch tablets. The app must also work on 7 inch tablets. App is a note taking app where user uses a stylus on blank surface. Before I accept bid, I need example .apk file of just the writing with stylus portion of the app. It is difficult to make this part operate well so I need to make sure you can do it before we go forward. I am looking for high level accuracy here (able to write quickly and dot an 'i'). Level of accuracy should match or exceed NoteTakerHD on the iPad. Other features are explained in the attached document. Also attached is main page screenshot. Art is in PSD format. Developer will need to be able to do all art conversions so app art works well with app. Please note the record/playback feature. Also, will need help hooking up backend (registration, note storage, contact us, faq, about...) Please send APK files with bid. thank you!
