Android mobile App

I need 1) to create a database that can link to the default android contacts database in my app, because I need additional field which is "key". "key" field is to store those password in it which will link to the default android contacts, so each contacts will have a "key". I had attach an example which you can refer. 2) to change my whole current iphone contacts layout into android contacts layout in my app. Please kindly quote me your best price.
