Collect from FTP Site and Reformatting data

We need a coder to write an application for Windows that will do the following: 1. Collect pipe-delimited txt files from FTP server 2. Convert pipe delimited files to Excel (see example output file) 3. Place Excel files in specific directory Application will require config file so we can add / change parameters (FTP site details, file locations etc) ## Deliverables See attached sample files
