Basic info:
Needed is a basic design clone of [login to view URL] integrated into a open source cms.
Details:
* Main menu should be horizontal placed below logo, above main content
* The right corner space where the menu at [login to view URL] are should contain a small news block based on flippy moo or similar - see [login to view URL] for details
* Valid CSS/XHTML design, graphics not needed
* Javascript framwork of choice depending on your skills, mootools/prototype/spry etc.
* Seamless integration of open source CMS of choice for easy update - Server is running php4 and Mysql
* Any ideas are welcome
