Android App which integrates google maps and an email function

We will be keeping the exact details of the mobile applications confidential and we will require the applicant to sign an NDA agreement. The applicant will need great design skills, but the app will only have 3 pages and is pretty basic. Basic info about the app is that it will need to integrate Google maps just to simply track km's traveled, an email option, need to incorporate an add network banner, and it would need to be able to operate offline.
