JOGL project - repost

I need Java Developer who has good skill on both JOGL and JMF to add functionality to one of my JOGL program . I have program which build with JOGL to convert single image file and use it as texture on my mesh . I changed some part of program and know I have have Motion JPG and Video files running in same time . program grab the frame from video and use it as texture fine , but I have problem with frame rate which is 1 or 2 frame per second and I need somebody fix this issue to reach to 30 frame per second . below is the video link which will display what speed I have and what speed I expected from this program .
