Parse an RTF file and separate into individual files.
There are six separate levels that the files need to be parsed on, creating six different file sets:
a. Chapter level. This starts with the tag that looks like this: <chapter> and ends with a
tag that looks like this: </chapter>
b. Major Section. This starts with the tag that looks like this: <section id="A30-A49">
and ends with a tag that looks like this: </section>
c. Section level. Ex. L03 (this is normally formatted with a line that starts with eight
spaces, followed by <name>L03</name>, and continues as long as the <name> tag starts with
the same <name> tag.
d. Part level. Ex. L03.0 (this is normally formatted with a line that starts with ten spaces,
followed by <name>L03.0</name>, and continues as long as the <name> tag starts with the
same <name> tag.
e. Subpart level. Ex. L03.01 (this is normally formatted with a line that starts with ten
spaces, followed by <name>L03.01</name>, and continues as long as the <name> tag starts
with the same <name> tag.
f . Sub-subpart level. Ex. L03.001 (this is normally formatted with a line that starts with
ten spaces, followed by <name>L03.001</name>, and continues as long as the <name> tag starts
with the same <name> tag.
Notes:
When the Section Level is parsed, it will contain the Section, Part, Subpart, and Sub-subpart
level data.
When the Part Level is parsed, it will contain the Part, Subpart, and Sub-subpart level data
When the Subpart Level is parsed, it will contain the Subpart, and Sub-subpart level data
When the Sub-subpart Level is parsed, it will contain the Sub-subpart level data

2. Each file must be named with a sequential name as follows:
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
etc
3. After each file is created, it must be formatted with a header, footer, and the body of the
document looking like the PDF document formatting (with indents, bold, font) as follows:
<!--SOF-->
<head>
<meta name="type" content="ICD-10 2014">
<meta name="desc" content="L03.03 Cellulitis of toe">
<meta name="code" content="">
<meta name="date" content="2014">
<title>2014 ICD-9 Compliance Publishing Corporation (877) 500-6737</title>
</head>
Body
<br><p><center>Copyright 2014 Compliance Publishing Corporation (877) 500-6737</center>
</body>
</html>
<!--EOF-->
Where:
1. The Body is the information found in each file.
2. The <meta name="desc" content...> is the combination of the <name> <desc> fields.
3. The Body information will always start with the information following the <name> tag
and the <desc> tag on the same line. (Ex: <name>M79.8</name> <desc>Other specified
soft tissue disorders</desc> will be Bolded as: M79.8 Other specified soft tissue disorders).
10. Attached are raw data documents and finished documents to be used as a guide.
