I am looking to write a simple app / program to track the Windows processes and the amount of resources used to run each process over time. For EACH process, I want to track: - CPU - % and MB Used - Memory - % and MB Used - Disk - % and MB/s Used - Network - % and Mbps Used - Bandwidth - % and Mbps Used To be considered, please answer these questions: 1) Have you written a similar program, and did it have a GUI? Please explain in detail. 2) Which language would you use and why? 3) How many hours will it take you to complete the app?
