CSS, AJAX, Javascript Project

Hello everyone. I have a wordpress website that needs to be finished. The last freelancer could not figure out an ajax to it and therefore quit on me. The address is [login to view URL], what needs to be done is the following: -When you reply to a post it takes you to another page. It needs to just post it underneath the original post without taking you to another page but staying in that home page. -Also when you reply to a post the comment box appearls with 3 field boxes no the bottom, those need to be removed. -The top screams and worst screams pages are propagating but the text does not start until 3/4 of the page below the fold -In all the other pages the orange datre balloon appears on the top left instead of the title. The title should appear on the top left. The balons are only for the dates of posts. -Id like to change the format of the comment box to be black too. -Id like to add the Advertise with us section as well. As you can see, its all relatively easy fixes if you know what you are doing. I don't have a huge budget for this as I have spent money already setting it up. I just need the final finishing touches to get it up and running. If anyone can help and is knowledgable please send examples of javascript and ajax work or websites you have done.
