clean up ipad web framework

Optimize single page web app framework CSS, HTML and JS for fastest load and user experience. For Apple iPad only. Page has 5 different touch events/gesture-driven animations, all working (roughly) at this time. Must not use any external JS library. Use Apple's Webkit and mobileSafari tools and methods for built-in touch event and animation. Prefer using built-in 3D hardware acceleration for animations wherever appropriate. Page CSS is currently for portrait orientation only. Translate CSS file for smooth change between portrait and landscape orientation. No graphics work. This is a framework to be used for graphics designer will make adjustments to final product images and element height, width and position. The page is working well enough now to demo all functions. Code must be significantly cleaned up and optimized.
