I am looking for a developer for a website that I am looking to make. The website will be where videos can be uploaded and purchased by other people. The main feature is a video player that must be created. The website should be built with Ruby on Rails. The video player should look similar to the one used in Vimeo. These videos must then be able to be purchased in groups and individually.
