App for Windows Phone, Android and iOS - repost

A simple trade signals app for all phone OS that reads the data from a SQL Azure database. The database is a single table with a simple query by date (the storedproc is already written). Need to display 5 columns of data (Signal, Position, Open, Close, P&L). Users need to be authenticated by SQL Azure so username and password screen is required. User then selects date from dropdown/calendar widget which triggers the storedproc to retrieve the data. Default date is today. Finally, I'd like push notification when data changes. This project is very much simpler than the Microsoft sample.
