Adapt commercial Wordpress Theme Alpha from KrownThemes. Make slider (jQuery Flexslider from WooCommerce) work with deep links. Dear developers, we have an wordpress project running and need profund programming support. Environment: - Wordpress 4.6.1 - Theme "Alpha" 1.2.2 from KrownThemes (using adapted version of jQuery Flexslider from WooCommerce) - Child theme - 2 languages will be realized via WP multisite installation and usage of plugins "Multilingual Press" and „Multiste Language Switcher“ resulting in language separation as follows: [login to view URL]…. -> English Version [login to view URL]…. -> German Version YOUR TASK: The Alpha theme uses for it’s template „portfolio“ an adapted version of Flexslider, in full window size. But the adapted Flexslider (adapted by KrownThemes not me!) does not support deep linking, which is essential for the project. Please note, that you need to know the adapted version because some methods of the regular Flexslider are disabled, like for example [login to view URL](x) that lets the slider start with slide x after loading... Your task is to make the slider work with deep links. Say we are on page [login to view URL] where template „portfolio“ is used. Thus the slider is loaded, gets the items of a certain portfolio category and let’s the user slide through them. After your adaption users should be able to: 1. Click on a link to get to another slide within the same slider, i.e. [login to view URL] -> jump to slide no. 3 - same wordpress page. 2. Click on a link to get to any slide of another slider, i.e. [login to view URL] -> jump to slide no. 5 - on another wordpress page. 3. Let user bookmark i.e. URL [login to view URL] to get directly to slide 5 in portfolio-category-2. If user now clicks left arrow he comes to slide no. 4, clicking right arrow he comes to slide no. 6. You see? Deep linking. IMPORTANT: changes must only be made in the child theme, in order to keep the theme updateable. No changes in WP-core files or parent theme files are accepted. This is important. PLease note: Only an experienced programmer, who is familiar with Wordpress, jQuery and Flexslider will be able to do this job properly and in reasonable time. On the other hand we appreciate good work and pay good money.
