Bulk Email Services Required

Hi all, I'm looking for a freelancer /service provider from India who can provide a fully configured server for a bulk email campaign. I am based in Chennai, India I need a fully configured and set up server with interspire, script/addon configuration, warmed up ip's, proper DKIM/SPF settings etc, capable of sending 100k messages daily to major ISPs such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail and aol with a very high inbox rate (at least 80% should be guaranteed) Here is the list of features that are needed: 1. Custom field creation 2. Spintax feature (addon can be delivered but it only works with version 6.1.2) 3. Inbox delivery, you can adopt anything whether its with multiple IP rotation or warming up IPs. We just need inbox delivery. This is an absolute must. 4. Custom CSV upload 25 MB. 5. Not targeting the same lead twice is a major issue for us. For this i will need to change the email field in database to unique so duplicate emails will not be added into the database whether they are added in different contact lists. They should not be added in another contact list if they already exist in one of contact list. (Important). 6. Should be able to send at least 100K-250k emails per day with good inbox rate.
