Develop a Corporate Identity

I need some body to design the logo of my company for me. We will provide the freelancer some material and background of our company first. Than we will discuss the design. Finally he will need to give me more than one design to choose from. The logo have to be very meaningful and the design have to be different from any other design. The freelancer for this work have to make a short essay about this design also. For example, where he get the idea of this design....Because we will need to introduce our company logo to our customer in future.
