Company Logo

I am looking to create a color logo for use on the web and print. The finished product will need to be delivered in both vector (AI) and jpg/gif. This logo will be type based. Selected artist will be expected to provide 6 uniquely different, original designs for this logo project. We will then select one of the concepts and work with you to finalize it to our specifications. We reserve the right to cancel the project if none of the initial comps are satisfactory, or we will work with you to accept 6 initial comps if you are on the right track. This is for an entertainment company called CineLounge. This would be a four color logo job, and would be used on our business cards, brochure and web site. I want to see a very clean, professional logo. Preference will be given to bids which include rough comps, as we'll be selecting based on your concept as well as your art style. Only original artwork will be accepted for this project. It is understood that CineLounge will own all rights to this logo once payment is fulfilled. Bids submitted without pricing or without portfolio samples will not be considered. Comments submitted without pricing will not be responded to. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Illustrator
