Company logo for Nail salon

I need a logo designed for a new nail spa. The logo needs to be versatile. Recognizable. Modern. Classy. Simple. Classic. Suitable for a chain of stores to build a global brand. Not look cheap as though it has been done on MS Word Word Art. The logo needs to be suitable for display on retail store fronts. Flyers. Banners. Business cards. A whole array of mediums. I am not a creative person. I am looking for someone who understands what needs to be done and can make suggestions that add value and look good. I have a sample logo i have mocked up and logos of two competitors, these samples really explain exactly what we are after. Our logo needs to look better and make us more desirable and smoother than our competition. You must agree that after the logo is produced it will remain property of me. Thank you!
