Creating Financial Portfolio for Educational Purposes - open to bidding

This is a project related to investments, the goal is creating the best portfolio possible using real time assets (stocks, bond, ETF's etc. - any assets that you think would make an portfolio into a good portfolio). This portfolio has to be diversified with minimum 20 to maximum 40 assets, At least 20% of the portfolio has to be in "risk free assets" (T-bills...) 50% of the portfolio should be invested into common stocks. Money figure used in creating this portfolio is up your preferences, it can be as low as $20,000 up to $200,000. This project has to include some basic financial calculations, that will explain reasons behind investing into those assets, as well it has to include descriptive explanation/analysis why you decide to include that particular asset in your portfolio (up to 1 page per asset). After finishing portfolio writing in Word document, an Excel document should be created similar to the example I am sending to you in attachment. This portfolio has to include some US assets, Canadian assets, and would be good to have some additional foreign assets in order to achieve better diversification. The emphasis of this project is on using financial tools to make good decisions. This portfolio will not be used to invest real money, it will be a helping tool in investment learning process.
