Greetings from Manila! We are group of companies head quartered in Australia and expanded to five countries. I am running a contact center for our company in Philippines. We have a contact center for 10 working seats in Manila Philippines with a generous reception, meeting, conference and pantry room. We deal with professionals and businesses from all over the world and run a day shift here which runs from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm PST. We are fully equipped to start a USA night shift here for 10 seats with extra seats for management and admin. Our office is extendable up to 40 seats if required and are CCTV equipped, all seats can be monitored remotely through mobile application also. I am Executive Director of Visas Simply Group of companies and Sites Simply group of companies, we are working as a group of international immigration law firm and an IT Development and hosting services company . I have personal expertise in setting up sales, customer service and backend processes for corporates. Before coming into business I was working in the BPO industry and worked for companies like Convergys, IBM, WNS to name a few for USA clients of AT&T, Citibank, Virgin Atlantic Airlines and so on. I have worked as a consultant and raised to the position of trainer there, this helped me in setting up our own processes in various countries. From hiring, writing the sales and cutomer service process, training of agents to overall management, have achieved all.
