MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MERCHANT SERVICES APPOINTMENT SETTING / LEAD GENERATION Position Summary: Qualified candidates will proactively make outgoing sales calls to prospective merchants to setup sales calls for the outside sales team. Telemarketing Representatives must have solid communication skills, can do attitude, and work well in a team, or independently. Responsibilities:  Conduct a 100+ outbound calls per day.  Average 1 appointment per hour worked.  Ability to recognize opportunities within new and existing accounts  Assist with the discovery phase in the form of questions and information gathering to be able to identify requirements  Collect processing statements if needed  Address any hurdles that may slow down the sales cycle during pre-sales Requirements:  Minimum of 1 year telemarketing industry experience  Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills  Professional and clear communication skills  Self-starter that manages time and activities with little day-to-day guidance or interaction from management  Excellent listening skills resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. Must be able to listen for opportunities as well as potential hurdles
