Telemarket / sales

I am looking for someone to find potential buyers for fire safety shelters within Australia. I am not looking for just a list/database of phone numbers, i can just read a telephone book for these. I require someone to speak with people to determine if they are interested. Potential buyers will be homeowners not companies. I do not need assistance with google addwords. The product already returns first on search terms used. I have posted this project previously but none of the bidders spoke about telemarketing or had telemarketing in there list of skills and only discussed improving my advertising or getting a list of phone numbers, neither of which i am looking for. Obvious areas of sales are locations within Australia that have had, or are threatened with bush fires, more likely to be rural areas. I can identify these areas if you are unable to do the research. I have ideas for a sales script if required , eg reasons why this product is better than the competition. Once identified, I will speak with the potential buyer ( that you have spoken to and has identified that they may be interested in purchasing) to discuss further details, pricing and answer any technical questions they will probably have. I will discuss further details of the product when the project is awarded but the basic details about the product can be found on the website [login to view URL] . I have attached a brochure/flyer than can be used. I will pay $250 initially for 25 leads(people who are interested not just a list of phone numbers) (will negotiate additional payments for further leads - dependant on quality of leads) as well as a commission/bonus of $100 for each actual sale (increasing with each sale - amount to be negotiated) .
