design Custom RSI Indicator

Hello, I need an experienced mql4 and metatrader programmer to develop custom RSI indicator with the following properties: [login to view URL] indicator displays the difference between the RSI indicator on a higher timeframe and its line 50 on a lower time frame chart. To be clear, The indicator would: 1. Calculate the RSI on a higher time frame (for example 4hours or daily) 2. calculate the difference between this RSI and its line 50 3. Use this difference as input to plot the RSI on a lower time frame. you take the RSI indicator found on a normal metatrader, and modify it such that rather than close price that it uses, it will now use the difference between the RSI and its Line 50 on a higher time frame, as input which will then be displayed on a smaller time frame. The inputs for the indicator would be: 1. Higher time frame for calculation 2. RSI period of higher time frame 3. RSI period on lower time frame (the time frame on the chart on which the CustomRSI is loaded. For further understanding,the RSI is a momemtum indicator that displays overbought and oversold situations on a chart. The RSI has values ranging from 0-100. Values above 50 are considered bullish and values below 50 are considered [login to view URL] we are doing in this indicator, is that we are using the difference between the RSI and line 50 (RSI value of 50) on a higher time frame as input for for a rsi on a lower time frame.
