creating an EA on the MT4, MT5 Stochastic oscillator and MACD

hi can you give me a quote on a EA with the following instructions: project name:JEM88 strategy: based on the stochastic oscillator, when it touches above 73, it will enter a buy and when it crosses down 73 it will close out. same for the bottom. when it touches below 28 enter a sell, when it touches above 28 the trade close out. entry: when it touches above 73 for a long position and below 28 for a short position. exit: when it crosses down 73 for a long position and above 28 for a short position. with an additional feature is that the exit will be link together with the MACD that for a long position the MACD should be going longer and longer then the previous bar. but when it start to be lower then the previous bar, the next bar it will exit trade. vice versa for a short position. The MACD should be shorter then the previous bar, but when the bar is longer then the previous bar, the next bar it will exit trade. or when it hits the trailing stop or take profit. i would like to have a entry arrow for both buy and sell trade I would like the possibility of using a fixed lot size or a percentage of equity based lot size. for most of the EA i come across. for TP SL and trailing i am only able to change it numbers to a single digit. is there a possibility of having it changes to 2 decimal places for more specific TP SL or trailing. is there a possibility for the settings to the stochastic oscillator to be variable and placed in the EA at the 'inputs' where i can change the value. i will only require to change the value for "k% period" i need the EA to both work on Mt4 as well at MT5 has the option for trailing stop time filter option will be great as well. standard breakeven, TP, SL, Trailing options must be in i will need to have to authorization feature inside as well. so i can authorize only people i know. is there a possibility when the EA enters a trade and once i do a manual close, it will enter a trade till the next entry or exit rule. so gives me the flexibility to once see a profit i do a manual close and the EA does not enter trade immediately again. sound signal would be an advantages but optional for me. can the EA work on multiple entries on multiple timeframe on a single currency pair? colour theme for the EA i have in mind in something like the picture that i have attached , but of course feel free to be creative about it and i trust your best judgement.
