I used another programmer on Freelancer.com They never completed the job, and could not be contacted again. Now I have a project that is 70% done and need someone with advanced Microsoft Access programming skills. What is needed is to allow a user to data enter information into a user friendly platform. We may want this to be something our staff can use out in the field. Then allow the user to have the entered information merged into a word document. It will have to be something that I can update as needed after the project is completed. Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement must be signed before agreeing to job.

I have been doing my contracting work with VWorker/Freelancer for the past 3 years. I had completed 70 projects ranging from Excel/Access VBA to SQL Server database constructions.
