Adroid app "The World Needs Cocktails"

We would like to create an interactive app for android, named The World Needs Cocktails. We will provide you with a list of 10-20 cocktails recipes, which will include ingredients and preparation instructions. The app should have three fields of entry, namely type of alcohol, mixer and garnish. Each field will exclusively have pre-suggested ingredients which correspond to the items present in the cocktail recipes provided and multiple ingredients can be selected per field. The function of the app therefor is for the user to select the ingredients he/she already has and for the app to suggest a cocktail which has these ingredients. The user can if needed then identify the missing ingredients and go purchase them, so the suggested solution does not have to be a perfect match. We would like simple visuals, such as a background picture of a stylish bar as the title page background, which we will provide. The app must be delivered by the 18th of February 2013. More details will be provided after a bidder has been selected and obviously any recommendations will be appreciated.
