Android Webapp minor fixes (airpush + back button behaviour)

I need to make some minor fixes related with the back button and loading icon behaviour in an android webapp (4 natives tabs). Short project to be finished now (I will be available to answer any question). Fix loading icon: - Add a grey top bar to locate the loading icon. (llike this one: [login to view URL]) Fix Back button behaivour: - Add a "do you want to close the app?" pop up dialog when the user is again in the first url and then clics the back button one more time (working in all tabs). Back button should allow the user go back to the last url in the webview and once he is again in the first url, it should allow him to close the app (message asking if he wants to close the app). Fix Airpush bugs: - Airpush sometimes show a fullscreen ad that has no close button (users get stucked there. They can't close the ad or the app. Back button should allow users to close airpush fullscreen ads (and also load the prior url, and close the app when the user is again in the first url loaded). - Airpush "banner" ads (ad type="banner" and "360 banner") impressions are not being tracked by airpush (even though ads are being shown). It seems like when fullscreen ads are loaded banners are not being tracked but they do when fullscreen ads are deactivated. - Stopping ads in airpush dashboard doesn't stop ads in the existing installs. Fix. I will provide new URLS for the 4 tabs (they need to be changed).
