Android - play Audio clips triggered by GPS locations

Summary: An Automatic on Train Public Address triggered by valid GPS locations and other conditions. Some Detail: The Application will also use hardware inputs via an external USB connected device to enable/disable some playback 'events'. Please see spec for full detail. It is desired to have two versions of the App. A full 'Admin' version where every function is accessible, and a second restricted version were only playback is possible (no setup).
