Add Push Notifications to existing app. Android and Ios. Must do specifically whats listed below

1-Check-in: add push notification to our existing C.O.P. app. To be clear push notifications must send check in location. With only one touch of the check-in the notification will send a link with GPS location and desired message. 2-Panic button: sends video messages but also needs to send a push notification with location link and desired message. With only one touch of the Panic button the notification will send a link with GPS location and desired message. 3-Radius Fence: Push notifications will also be added to our radius fence and notify parent or administrator when the child or client leaves the radius fence perimeter. But will be running in background and not visible to user. We understand that the push notification will only send to another user if they have the C.O.P. app installed and they are logged in to the application. But will be running in background and not visible to user. To make sure parents and administrators get important push notifications all the time the application needs to start when the phone is started. But will be running in background and not visible to user. User will only have to log-in 1 time even if phone is powered off. This will be added to our existing Android and Google applications This will use our Google and Apple developer accounts for push service
