Andorid + iPhone App: Record and send video From app

I need an expert developer to help me program an App for iPhone and Android that allows the user to: 1. Register. Filling a form with some fields (username, password, Name, email, birth date, location, gender, twitter account) . When register we need to capture date , time and IP. 2. Login. With forgot password option, that send the password to the user?s email and edit profile. 3. Record and send video. This is the main function. We need users to be able to record videos using its phone?s camera, and have the option to Send the video. When sending the video, it means that the video will be saved in a Linux server we have. A small progress bar must be shown while uploading the video saying also the percentage of the uploading process. Video files must have in the server automatic names given by the app to avoid file replacement. User may Cancel the video recording at ay time and may also cancel the sending process If user wants to send a video, a form asking the following must be filled: * mandatory fields) Title * Description Location We also need to save automatically, date, time, username and IP for each video send. Only registered and logged users may be able to send videos. 4. Help page (Page with instructions) Since the final language for the application is spanish, you need to provide us a good strategy for translation of texts. We can send you all texts during the development. Our logo must be in the top of the App We need to receive full source code and installer for the Google Play store and Apple Store.
