Dear Contractors I required Android / iOS programmer / developer who is/are expert in these platforms. Who already developed some applications for these platforms and applications are listed on Google Play and Apple iTunes market. My requirement is to develop a utility application which includes handling GPS, SIP Data Connectivity and server side user registration etc. More details will be discussed on Skype and NDA will be signed for the project after finalizing the best suitable contractor. As I have low budget for this application (Approx. $350-400 max.), please try to make your bidding lowest possible.
