Create an iPhone Insurance App

I would like an iPhone app that allows users to subscribe to a service that will keep their iPhone insured for a small monthly price from screen damage or damage to the back glass. The app should be very easy to use and look very professional and official. Allow users to sign in to their account and view their coverage plans, pay premiums, subscribe to coverage plans, etc. Would like it to have a clean design such as the website [login to view URL] (I know this is a website but this is the look I am going for). I want someone who can create this business with little to no assistance. No content provided. I will give certain features that I would like included but YOUR imagination is key. To even get considered for the job I would like to know how many apple apps you have created, names of the apps so i can review them, and a phone number that you are available to be reached via text. My work schedule is very intense and texting/emailing is the best method of communication. I also want to know what creative ideas you have to bring to the table and why I should choose you to do this project. App must also have an admin panel that is only available to the admin that will allow me to respond to requests and run the whole business from there! Must be able to see all members, their subscriptions, payments, etc.
