Amazing opportunity to create iconic mobile apps for The Lady Aung San Suu Kyi and her NLD Party

Political campaign season is in full swing in Myanmar, with the General Elections scheduled for November 8th 2015. We don't have a lot of budget as this is coming out of charitable campaign contributions, but we are looking for great app developers (with great UI / UX skills) to develop two mobile apps for us. __________________________________________________________________ One app is for the Lady herself, to be named DASSK. The initial D is for Daw (which is Mrs. in Burmese language), ASSK is for Aung San Suu Kyi. DASSK app should have a great UX / UI which draws the already faithful closer to the Lady, but also reaches out to the undecideds. The app should contain news, gallery (videos and photos), speeches, interviews, campaign announcements, calendar of events about the NLD, issues and policies, some feedback or interactive mechanism (Ask the Lady Q&A), etc. Here\'s yet another update to the description of features and functionality for DASSK app. 1. NLD app is for party members, as well as to help convince the undecideds and non-voters. This app should contain History of NLD, About the Leadership, News, Policies and Issues, Manifesto, Announcements, Calendar of Events, How to Vote, etc. In addition to the updated news and static information sections, this app's main feature: Candidates section. Candidates section would be help NLD reach out to their constituents, and undecided voters. Each candidate profile should contain a profile picture, a cover picture, name, brief description, a video message, full biography, links to / contents from social media pages by candidate. Send feedback to NLD [contact form email, links to NLD social media] __________________________________________________________________ Content and other backend administration: the Lady and the Party staff have a couple of official websites and Facebook Pages from which we can pull contents in. But would need a separate backend admin to populate the apps' most data. The Candidates section inside the NLD app would be the exception, which we would prefer to be synchronised with candidates' own social media pages (Facebook, YouTube, etc.), as there are over a thousand candidates. Of course, the initial setup content can be through app's admin backend, so candidates main photo and videos are correctly inserted. The STATIC pages described in the app features and functionality sections above, will still need to be editable from a backend admin panel online. The app should be able to pull the page down and refresh. We just described it as static because these are single long-scroll pages with text, photos and maybe a video. They are not dynamic sections like NEWs, or Calendar of Events. _________________________________________________________________ Design Inspirations: For DASSK app, we are inspired by apps like BJP 4 India app for their usage of the party's leader images in the design of the app's interface. We remain inspired by simple reading apps like Pocket ([login to view URL]) for the overall UI / UX. We would like this to be an iconic app. For NLD app, we are inspired by candidates-driven app like PAP4SG. We will supply all the text, headings and fonts. Time We are looking for a developer with great experience and ideas of how to pull this sort of app together with the least amount of time and great set of viable contents, features and functionality. Budget This is coming out of our own pocket as charitable contribution. I really have no idea how much we can get the two apps for. Please advise us.
