Android Screen Recording and Casting to an other Android Device. Apply only if you have done something like this?

We want to have a sender and receiver apk. The sender APK When open will start recording the screen of the android and cast this over IP. The Receiver APK will receive the Screen Recording and Playback. Ideally we want this streaming to be done without rooting the sender device. This should work on Android 4.4 and above.
