This should be trivial to deliver. Do you have a mock-up of you want the end result to look like? Just to confirm my understanding of the specification. You want to display a title screen for 10 seconds. Main page will have a horizontal scroll of graphics which will respond to touch. You have described this interaction as mouse over. However being android obviously there won't be so much mouseover interactions as touch interaction. Can you clarify?
