I have gps tracker client for android, (modified traccar github project) its basically send gps coordinates to our server by time interval for example per 30 seconds I've installed phone to my car and using for vehicle tracking and i dont want to spend a lot of data when my car is parked so we want to add one more time interval field for stop send coordinates to server for a time period when usb power unplugged if power cable unplugged send the coordinates last time (for get power unplugged data from server) than wait until power cable plugged again or xxx seconds I will provide android studio project as source code
