Build Video/Camera Editing Compnent - Xamarin IOS and Android

Looking for an experienced xamarin developer to create an advance video and photo editing component for an exisitng app for both ios and android. An example of the type of photo editing that we would like to create is similar to Photoshop app, Instagram, Snapseed and VSCO. The component must work on both platform and have a similar design feel. I am only looking for experience developers that can produce a great component that can work well with ios xamarin + storyboards and android with minimal bugs. This compoent must be configurable and easy to plugin with existing code.
