Hi, I'm a native Arabic speaker so I think this will make it easier for me to understand the content of the website when I'm converting it to an App. If you mean by an app a hybrid mobile app that could be installed from the app store and google play, I can use Ionic to deliver this app, I already have samples of my past Ionic work, please message me to send them to you.
