Develop an iPhone and Android app

I would like quotes to develop iPhone and Android apps for eLearning. The premise behind the app is that users will take quizzes on their mobile devices and the results need to be sent electronically immediately to an administrator for the app. For example, if the user presses the "A" button, the administrator should be able to see who pressed the "A" button by user name as well as when they pressed it. After a session of quizzing, the administrator should be able to view reports as to who answered what as well as have the ability to export it as an excel file.
