We can use LoadRunner (if you have license) else we will go with Jmeter. We would require number load generator machines (VMs or physical) to generate virtual users. 1 Vuser would consume somewhere around 2-3 MBs and the number of Load generator machines would be calculated based on the user load and available memory on the machine. Lets discuss more once the bid is closed.
