Please do not send generic bids as you will be ignored and please only bid if you have skills to do the job as I will leave negative feedback and cancel the project. The job has a maximum of 8-15 screens and for any top developer should be a quick project. English speaking only. I need help designing and building a one way announcement app for mosques. The app serves the purpose of announcing to its followers of any events, funerals, weddings etc. The developer must know how to polish apps to a very high standards. You must also know how to create databases, as the application will use filters such as Country, City and Town to locate local masjids in a drop down list. The developer must know how to create user accounts for the masjids, the masjids address must be findable to its followers and forget passwords to be problemsolved. E.g. Country - Uk City - London Town - Hounslow .. (Then any masjids that match the above 3 filters will be found in the drop down list to be added to favorites .) You would also know how to integrate PayPal for chargeable postings/messages such as uploads in the relation to event announcements or business logos. When a user clicks on its favorite masjid. The prayer times for that masjid will be professionally displayed in the chat box, these times will need to be editable from the masjids user account. As the administrator I will need to have an account that can delete accounts and send multiple messages based on the country, city and town filters. As I explained earlier. The app will be used globally so a language converter will be needed to be installed. I will need the developer to create a suspicious activity button which will reroute to our email address. I will need a feature that allows users to switch off notifications from any of its favorite masjids. Overall the app is quiet simple, it will need to be tweaked so it works fast. There are at most 8 - 15 screens. But all have to work effectively and in harmony. Finally the code that is developed for masjid messages must not be copied, altered provided for experiment or editation to others in any anyway and I will need a declaration to confirm this.
