I have an swift App, it has Push with Voip functional, to get pooling push from server (each 1 minute, to get and send user position to server, like Uber, grab taxi) I not use firebase or Apns to do push pooling, because I see Voip is more stable! But Appstore Review is not allow Voip cabability in my app, they say: my app have no function to call. So I need having calling function with Voip, very simple, to be valid appstore reviewing But I need app use from 9.0, so not use Callkit of apple (it require IOS 10.2)
